AYES would like to welcome Tom Herrmann of the NFADA as the new state manager for western and central New York State.

As AYES state manager, Tom hopes to increase awareness of the outstanding opportunities in the automotive industry.

The AYES program is a high-end curriculum automotive program that matches up schools with new car dealerships.  The school has to undergo a rigorous evaluation process to obtain this distinction.

The Goal:

To encourage bright students with a good mechanical aptitude to pursue careers in the fields of automotive service technology or collision repair/refinish, and to prepare them for entry-level positions or challenging academic options.
